How long does production take?
We typically need 3 business days to both create the illustration and print your two-in-one piece. After that, shipping time depends on the option you select at checkout
What do I need to provide?
All we need is the original photo you’d like us to use. Simply upload it at checkout, and we’ll handle the rest
What is the size of the print?
Our two-in-one print is 5 inches by 5 inches, perfectly sized for a desk, shelf, or wall display.
What if my original photo isn’t square?
No worries. We’ll crop your photo to a square format and ensure all the important elements remain in frame.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our studio in Florida.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We do offer faster shipping options at checkout. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method. Regardless of shipping time, our production time to create the illustration and print the two-in-one piece is still 3 business days.
Will I receive a proof of my illustration?
At this time (December), we’re not able to provide proofs due to high demand. However, if you’re unhappy with the final artwork, we’ll gladly redo it for you.
Do you include a frame?
We do not provide frames with your order. However, any frame sized to fit 5 x 5 inches should work perfectly.
Do you offer refunds?
We currently don’t offer refunds. But if your print arrives damaged, we’ll replace it, and if you’re not satisfied with the caricature, we’ll create a new one for you.
How will my print be packaged?
We carefully pack each two-in-one print to protect it in transit, typically using a sturdy mailer with padding.
How do I track my order?
After production is complete, typically after 3 business days, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.
